HEALTH!!!
 

Let's start the morning with: 7am-11am

1. Prayer, giving thanks to the LORD, and a light stretch of the head, turso, hips, arms, hands, legs ( some bending), and feet. However long you feel. 

2. Get some water after at least two glasses or more.

3. Wait to use the bathroom.

4. Go to eat some fruits:

Apples, bananas, oranges, pears, grapes, blueberries, papaya, mango, and pomegrenate for the body's health ( any mix of these are put them in a bowl and take 3 or more scopes of them as something to eat between these hours called, " Morning"). 

Watermelon, green melon, prunes, and/or cantaloupes for a basic push of the body to clean itself. These fruits keep us " regular". Eat any one of them, not all of them. Just any one of them. Warning that prunes are the most powerful of all of them, and will induce the need go to the bathroom faster than the others will.

Wait about 30 minutes.

Then go workout or go to work ( if you work mornings)

Leave hours between when you eat again. 

AFTERNOON:  PROTEIN TIME: 12pm-4pm
Carry bags of nuts: any nuts except peanuts ( known to bother the kidneys). Eat a small glad bag full of them. Wait at least 20 minutes for the saliva and digestive system to do it's own work on the food, instead of shoving it down with a liquid. Then after have a protein drink like ALMOND milk, Cashew Milk, or some kind of nutmilk ( if best try to make it at home with less sugars and preservatives. But if one must buy it, then get those kinds of milk). At least two glasses of any kind of Nut milk ( except Peanut). After take at least two glasses of water. 

AFTER WORK, you can get a nice workout. Carry the NUT milk with you, and if you need a protein drink, get SEA MOSS powder, take a tea spoon of it, mix it with a fruit for a sweetner ( like blueberries) hand full of it, tea spoon of Almond butter, half-cup green tea ( immune system), and a glass of almond milk and mix it all in a blender till it's kind of thick but drinkable ( like a smoothie). It will be thick because sea moss will thicken. It's full of minerals, proteins, and vitamins. It's natural, from the sea. Make that in the morning with you to carry throughout the day.

Carry that with you to have after and before the workout. During the workout, take water only. 

Leave hours between when you eat again.

 

NIGHT: VEGETABLE TIME: 5-9pm

SALADS or cooking anything GREEN VEGETABLE definitely ( kale, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, collard greens, and more.... the least ingredients as possible. Sea salt, garlic, funnel greek, pepper, ginger, curry, coconut mik are all okay and more......but try to stay away from any ingredient not natural or naturally made). 

BEFORE SLEEP or the CLUB: 10pm-midnight: 

STRETCH like in the morning, pray, and do what you do. 

IN THE CLUB: Stick to water or juices, and try not to eat after the club; go to sleep. The immune and digestive system work greater over night without having to work on more we put in right before sleep.
