MESSAGE TO STREET DANCERS and DANCERS,

STREET DANCE STYLES have went around the world, yet MOST in STREET DANCE don't even make a 6 figure salary....but corporations that have CONtests, make movies, and make commercials have made millions; WITHOUT DANCING!!

WHY DO y'all think this is?

Yes, unfortunately, MANY in STREET DANCE STYLES, are from the "Street", and have been taught by horrible systematic orchestrated situations, to "hussle the blocks"; which is a SYSTEM created, "di(e)vide & CONquer" mechanism. It's a mechanism that's hard to break, as it goes where those vessels go, and into WHATEVER they do....but again, that's how the system planned it.

REAL DANCERS train the BODY MUCH MORE than the time a corporate person goes from kindergarten thru college to get a degree or certification at a trade school. BUT, they leave work with a 401k, pension, and other financial benefits for their "dedicated service at work". AND IF one of them DOESN'T get these financial benefits promised at work, then there's AN UNION that backs them, and cracks down on organizations to make sure these financial benefits are paid.

Yet, these corporate people can ALSO make money off US DANCERS by gathering up money to throw events, make movies, and commercials? That's a sign that DANCERS as a WHOLE, aren't THINKING, and OF COURSE, WE HAVE BRAINS, or WE couldn't come up with so much CREATIVITY. ONLY issue is, the BRAINS are going too much in 1 place; just DANCE! Working jobs to save up money, just to join a CONtest? That's not gonna help y'all in the future. BETTER to focus on making DANCE businesses that create FINANCIAL LONGEVITY!!

What do y'all think the STREET DANCE world or even DANCE WORLD is DOing wrong?

WELL, let's TALK DANCERS OF ALL AGES!!

DANCE is a "sensitive ("emotional ")" based artform, which leaves DANCERS open to being used EASILY. Used EASILY because THEY USUALLY need some form of attention, because DANCE is made to CONNECT with someone else, entertain others, and uplift others.....AND yes, at one time WE DANCED ON LAND, DANCED WITH NATURE, and THE SPIRITS DANCED THRU US.....but, we've BEEN in a monetary (money) based WORLD SYSTEM FOR CENTURIES, so this "grassroots" mentality MUST CHANGE!!

To handle OUR FINANCIAL BENEFITS, there's an idea that will be sent to all DANCE STUDIOS that host STREET DANCE, SENT by the end of APRIL 2023. AND this idea can start at anytime, even though the document says to start at the end of April. Because WE'RE NOT A MILITARY, this idea CAN'T be ENFORCED, but, it can give US a view on how much we don't care about US or TRULY LOVE WHAT WE DO.

So, to explain, UNIONS are a form of MILITARY, because it's backed by "LEGAL" documents, backed by the courts, and agreed by the politicians for it to exist. We're well aware MASSES are taught by the SYSTEM that DANCE is ONLY for entertainment, and not to be taken SERIOUSLY, and that's partly our fault as a DANCE WORLD/UNION. What does it mean, "it's partly our fault?!!":

REALLY THINK about this DANCE WORLD:

1. It's the ONLY business that TRAINS HARD, like a student does in college to get a degree.

BUT then DOESN'T STAND ON ITS HARD WORK, and takes JOBS for free??...umm...JOB means, "WORK FOR HIRE", & HIRE means, "PAYMENT FOR A WORK TO BE DONE".

Imagine a doctor, lawyer, construction worker, dentist, and other businesses going into WORK for FREE, because the boss said, "I want to SHARE my life and my experience with you today!"....

....think 🤔, because MANY of y'all have gotten tricked by speeches like this from corporate people who tell y'all their family member or spouse or someone died, and that's why they made an event or CONtest; they cry, y'all cry, and then they ask y'all to WORK for FREE or for a low discount....but the door to get in the event, CONtest, recital, and/or festival is EXPENSIVE (and so is the "teary-eyed" 😭 merchandise). So that corporate person's tears are getting paid and the DANCERS tears are FREE!

RealEYES!!

2. DANCERS HAVE TO STOP HAVING NO "CHAIN OF COMMAND!!"

In the corporate world, there's CHAIN OF COMMAND that's RESPECTED, and DANCERS, just like corporate people are "citizens" of some COLONized created labeled, "country", AND EVEN IF THEY don't vote, THEY STILL PAY TAXES!!

The use of the words, "FREEDOM", "FREESTYLE", and CREATIVITY" lose DANCERS into a haze of not THINKING, as THEY hypnotically follow a PRESIDENT, CONGRESS, LAWS, and more that's PUBLICLY OBVIOUSLY STRUCTURED/LIMITED.

THEY follow time limits to teach in a studio, time limits to rehearse on stage, time limits to film a project; and time limits in music structure.... yet ALWAYS hearing those WORDS make THEM CHASE "individual perfection that can NEVER be perfect", and CONstantly DANCING blindly into financial destruction; it's BEEN at least a CENTURY of this.

CREATORS/INNOVATORS are our PRESIDENTS, VICE PRESIDENTS, & CONGRESS of DANCE STYLES, YESSSSSSSS!! YESSS! YESSS! Why are y'all surprised when SOME are the BIGGEST ASSHOLES in the world, but have those SKILLS Y'ALL WANT! UMMM 🤔🤔🤔, just THINK, WE'VE ALL HEARD how crazy SOME of these POLITICIANS are, and y'all are ALWAYS TALKing/COMPLAINing about SOME dumb PRESIDENT....but yet, who's flying, buying clothes/shoes, and eating/drinking in "fancy restaurants" with OUR HARD-WORKING TAX MONEY???

ANSWER: They are....so that means, DANCERS KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW A "CHAIN OF COMMAND!", THEY just have to bring it to the DANCE WORLD. This ECONOMIC WISDOM FOR DANCERS idea does this.

STUDENTS of CREATORS/INNOVATORS (whether student by TRYing to copy every move they do by watching a video on the internet/tv/secretly filming them, or classes), and get an HONEST CREATOR/INNOVATOR that can admit when it's time for the STUDENT to MOVE ON and TEACH/CHOREOGRAPH/or JUDGE!! These STUDENTS are SERGEANTS, GENERALS, LIEUTENANTS of these DANCE STYLES, and once these CREATORS/INNOVATORS are dead, THEY carry on the legacy with add-ons THEY INNOVATED in the DANCE STYLE.

Regular STUDENTS just coming into a DANCE STYLE are the SOLDIERS, and THEY keep the DANCE STYLE FULL of WANTING TO LEARN!! Which leads to number 3.

3. TRAINING TO BE CHALLENGED!!

The DANCE WORLD, ESPECIALLY STREET DANCE STYLES, have become a psychological session more than a place to LEARN!! Corporate peoples' bosses TALK to workers ALL KINDS OF WAYS, and the WORKERS STILL COME BACK THE NEXT DAY IF THE INFORMATION IS CORRECT (boycotting when the information is NOT correct)!!

YET!! In DANCE, there are so MANY self-proclaimed "teachers", it's like a person who NEVER STUDIED LAW and NEVER went to LAW SCHOOL, just started claiming THEY were a LAWYER, and TRIED to open a business! Then getting mad when other LAWYERS ask, "where's your degree, licenses", and other credentials that SHOW THEY'RE qualified to be a LAWYER....

...SEE, in DANCE, unless an ACTual CREATOR or INNOVATOR of a DANCE STYLE, using the NAME of the DANCE STYLE WITHOUT LEARNING & CONSULTING THOSE who CREATED/INNOVATED those DANCE STYLES, is the same as the lawyer example ABOVE. And nooo, it's not LEARNING and getting CONSULTATIONS from the ONES that y'all want to have sex with, the ones that pat y'all backs, and the ones that say nice words, but ALWAYS showing y'all the same thing.

No. It should be LEARNING and getting CONSULTATIONS from all CREATORS/INNOVATORS in those DANCE STYLES. MANY in DANCE run from the TEACHERS that aren't interested in what's between y'all legs, not TRYing to be a friend, but have HIGH LEVEL SKILLS and LOVE TO TEACH.

BETTER realEYES quickly, like a CORPORATE BOSS, these HIGH LEVEL TEACHERS, when SUPPORTED, ALSO are the KEYS to FINANCIAL STANDARDS, because THEY'RE the level of a "PhD" in that DANCE STYLE, which DEMANDS THE RESPECT! We LEARN FROM and SURPASS THEM, THEN THE FINANCIAL STANDARD ONLY GETS GREATER!!!

There's NO EXCUSE for any DANCER, DANCE TEACHER, DANCE CHOREOGRAPHER, & DANCE JUDGE with REAL EXPERIENCE to underbid one another. WE MUST SET A FINANCIAL STANDARD ON WHAT WE GET PAID, just like CORPORATE PEOPLE have a SALARY. That SALARY USUALLY goes up, not down.
